Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana is constantly evolving to give the best transport service with Metrovalencia and the Alicante TRAM to the citizens of the Comunidad Valenciana. We understand that the best way to achieve that objective involves, among other actions, paying attention to the suggestions from our customers; for this reason in FGV we have set up a new initiative: a CUSTOMER SURVEY. It is a study made to a steady sample of the clients who use our lines during a determined period. Twice a year we get in touch with them to send them some questionnaires (via e-mail or post service) about assorted questions related to our service. The assessments and proposals we receive are analyzed and considered in order to take decisions.

We would like to know your opinion on all the aspects of our operation: from our premises comfort to the leisure and culture activities we organize, as well as our sales network and other interesting questions. Likewise we encourage you to propose subjects to work with.
