Citizen Forum

 

In Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana we try to work from and with the citizens so they can give suggestions that help improve this public service. We do this basically with two tools that make that involvement easier:

- a yearly Survey of Customer Satisfaction;

- periodical surveys to the user group who has agreed to take part in the Customer Panel.

Now we want to complete these participation initiatives with a new one, the Citizen Forum, that helps complete the contributions made from an individual approach with suggestions and ideas coming from associations related to the civil society. It is a consultive forum, whose entities will work on specific subjects to improve the Metrovalencia service.

The most important benefit for these forum entities is the participation: the entity ?gives a voice? to the collective it represents, to collaborate in the improvement of a public service from its particular perspective. The most important benefit for Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana is the chance to enjoy the collaboration of these entities, which will convey the needs, wishes and points of view of their collectives, on the specific questions to be dealt with.

Currently, the entities that make up the Citizen Forum are the following:

Confederación Española de Personas con Discapacidad Física y Orgánica (Cocemfe)

1.    Entity name.

2.    Name, forename, phone number and e-mail address of  the spokesman.

3.    Sector to which it belongs.

4.    Entity aims.

5.    Number of members.

6.    Scope (local, regional, national, etc.).

7.    Web page address.
