Customer Areas, Customer Care Centres and Customer Kiosks


Metrovalencia offers a network of Customer Care Centres and Kiosks that, among other things, provide the following services:

  • Customer Information: timetables, fares, itineraries and, in general, any type of relevant information.
  • Card Management: memberships, duplicates, recovery, renovation, reactivation of large or single-parent family memberships and reactivation of agreements.
  • Management of cards integrated with other operators: memberships, duplicates, recovery.
  • Management of suggestions, complaints and incidents involving transactions on automatic machines.
  • Management and collection of surcharges.
  • Management of lost objects.
  • Management of documents: requests for support, invoices and proof of payment for travel cards; proof of journeys taken with TSC; proof in case of train delay; accident statements with personal injury to customers; and request to access or modify client personal information.
  • Enquiries on contactless cards.

Moreover, the new customer area at Colón offers a meeting room, free Wi-Fi and a magnetic loop, among other services.

Customer Area


  • Located on the mezzanine floor of the station, next to the Lametro Room.
  • Open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 21:30 



  • Located in the entrance hall of the main station, entrance next to Estación del Norte.
  • Opening hours:
    • From Monday to Friday: from 7:00 to 21:30.
    • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (except 25/12 and 01/01): from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.

Customer Care Centres


  • Located in the arrivals terminal at the Manises Airport, Gate 1.
  • Open every day of the year, including Sundays and holidays, from 07:15 to 22:00 (except on the 25th of December and the 1st of January).


  • Located in the entrance hall of the main station, entrance on Vicente Zaragozá street.
  • Open from Monday to Friday during the following timetables:
    • From 01/01 to 30/06 (except during Holy Week and Easter) and from 1/9 to 31/12: from 7:00 to 21:30.
    • From 01/07 to 31/08, and Holy Week and Easter (the 26th of March to the 8th of April): from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
  • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.


  • Located in the main entrance hall of the station, entrance through Nuevo Centro. 
  • Closed temporarily due to service reorganization.

Polytechnic University of Valencia

  • Located at Pl. del Ágora, near the L4 La Carrasca stop.
  • Closed temporarily due to service reorganization.

Customer Kiosks
