Customer Areas, Care Centres and Kiosks

 

Metrovalencia offers a network of Customer Areas, Care Centres and Kiosks that, among other things, provide the following services:

  • Customer Information: timetables, fares, itineraries and, in general, any type of relevant information.
  • Card Management: memberships, duplicates, recovery, renovation, reactivation of large or single-parent family memberships and reactivation of agreements.
  • Management of cards integrated with other operators: memberships, duplicates, recovery.
  • Management of suggestions, complaints and incidents involving transactions on automatic machines.
  • Management and collection of surcharges.
  • Management of lost and found.
  • Proof in case of train delay.
  • Enquiries on contactless cards.

Also, only in the Customer Areas and Care Centres

  • Management of documents:
    • Requests for support.
    • Invoices and proof of payment for travel cards.
    • Proof of journeys taken with TSC.
    • Accident statements with personal injury to customers.
    • Request to access or modify client personal information.

Additional services

Moreover, the Xàtiva and Colón Customer Area offers free Wi-Fi and magnetic loop, and also the Colón Customer Area includes a meeting room.

Colón

Note: This center will remain closed in August.

  • Located on the mezzanine floor of the station, next to the Lametro Room.
      • Open from Monday to Friday during the following timetables:
      • From 01/01 to 30/06 (except during Holy Week and Easter) and from 1/9 to 31/12: from 7:00 to 21:30.
      • From 01/07 to 31/07, and Holy Week and Easter (15th to 29th of April): from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
      • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
      • In this center we can attend you in English.

Xátiva 

  • Located in the entrance hall of the main station, entrance next to Estación del Norte.
  • Opening hours:
    • From Monday to Friday: from 7:00 to 21:30.
    • Saturdays, Sundays and holidays (except 25/12 and 01/01): from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
    • In this center we can attend you in English.

Customer Care Centres hours

Aeroport

  • Located in the arrivals terminal at the Manises Airport, Gate 1.
  • Open every day of the year, including Sundays and holidays, from 07:15 to 22:00 (except on the 25th of December and the 1st of January).

Benimaclet

Note: During the month of August this center will open from Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

  • Located in the entrance hall of the main station, entrance on Vicente Zaragozá street.
  • Open from Monday to Friday during the following timetables:
    • From 01/01 to 30/06 (except during Holy Week and Easter) and from 1/9 to 31/12: from 7:00 to 21:30.
    • From 01/07 to 31/07, and Holy Week and Easter (15th to 29th of April): from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
  • Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
