  • It is a single-person ticket called “free Temporal Jove season ticket” valid for travel in the zones of Metrovalencia, MetroBús and EMT, with no limit on the number of trips, for people under 31 years of age, until Decembre 31, 2024.
  • The season ticket is loaded on an anonymous cardboard card, but it is personal and non-transferable since it must be associated with an identity document, ID card, NIE or passport.
  • Both the season ticket and the cardboard card are free of charge.
  • To obtain it, it is necessary to have a valid identity document
  • When requesting an appointment, the season ticket pick-up location must be selected.
  • Other people’s season tickets can be picked up in any of these two ways:
    • Or brings the receipt of the previous appointment, (digital or printed) and the original document of the beneficiary of the Free Temporal Jove season ticket.
    • Or brings the receipt of the prior appointment (digital or printed), an authorization signed by the beneficiary of the Free Temporal Jove season ticket along with a photocopy of his/her DNI, NIE or passport, and the person’s original identification document who is authorized to collect the Free Temporal Jove season ticket.

Conditions applicable to “free Temporal Jove season ticket”

  • To travel in the Metrovalencia and MetroBus network it is necessary to validate it before boarding the train or tram and bus.

  • Fraudulent manipulation or improper use of the season ticket, as well as its use by a person other than the cardholder, will be sanctioned in accordance with current regulations.
  • In case of loss, theft or malfunction of the season ticket, the cardholder may request a new free Temporal Jove season ticket by reapplying for an appointment on the website.

The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise.

Your data may be disclosed in the cases provided for by law as well as when the communication is necessary for the management of the corresponding procedure in fulfilment by ATMV of a mission in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers. International data transfers are not provided for.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition by submitting a request to the ATMV. You must specify which of these rights you are requesting to be satisfied and, if you do not authorise the collection of identity data of the applicant or, if applicable, of the legal representative, you must provide the corresponding documentation proving the identity and representation.
